SEKOLAH CIKAL HEAD OFFICE

1. Procurement Manager

His/her job is to monitor all purchasing process in all Cikal unit in any product or service that the organization may need in order to carry out Cikal business and operate as necessary. He/she sources vendors, negotiates contracts, and ensures prompt delivery. He/she need to be cost effective while also dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues. He/she confers with accounts payable to ensure that vendors are paid in a timely manner.                       

Responsibilities :

1. Purchasing

a. Review all purchase request to ensure compliance with school policy;
b. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with Cikal policies and procedures;
c. Execute and monitor of all regular purchasing duties to fulfill the company needs;
d. Support all division with quotations for the purpose of tenders;
e. Monitors purchase orders for multiple purchases and proposes grouped purchase to reduce cost;
f. Negotiates with vendors to get better prices and deals (in terms of quality, terms, deliveries and services);
g. Composes and maintains all vendor relationships and contracts;
h. Ensure prompt delivery from vendors;
i. Processing payments and invoices to ensure that vendors are paid on schedule.

2. Administration

a. Compiles and maintains all data and information regarding purchases and general affairs;
b. Maintain complete updated supplier, purchasing records/data and pricing in the system;
c. Sources new vendors for better quality inventory as well as better prices;
d. Keeping copy of purchase orders, contract files and using them as reference for the future.

3. Financial Planning and Monitoring

a. Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products for budget controlling;
b. Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
c. Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities.

4. Quality Control

a. Schedule supplier/vendor visits and conduct competitor survey to have the updated price and services;
b. Check all goods deliveries from vendor based on purchase order and contract before distributing to the user;
c. Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.

5. Others

a. Administer on-line purchasing system;
b. Arrange for disposal or distribution of surplus materials to other unit.


Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor degree, having degrees in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Purchasing is extremely helpful.
• 2+ year related experience
• Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English

2. Membership Admin

Overview: Bertanggung jawab atas proses administrasi baik untuk kebutuhan internal divisi marketing maupun terkait dengan pelayanan terhadap member dan calon member Cikal.


Responsibilities

a. Membership & Marketing
• Blast Email/SMS ke orang tua
• Membuat surat/undangan kegiatan sekolah dan mempromosikannya ke seluruh member
• Membalas email-email yang masuk
• Recap procurement untuk membership kit (seragam atau merchandise)
• Menerima tamu yang datang untuk bertanya akan Cikal
• Terbuka & membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan untuk tamu internal atau eksternal yang datang untuk protes atau komplen
• Mencatat semua database dengan rapih dan akurat
• Menfollow up database
• Membantu orang tua dalam menggunakan Admission & Klub Online (untuk pendaftaran) dan juga Cikal Community sebagai sarana informasi internal member Cikal
• Validasi data Admission & Klub Online
• Memeriksa kelengkapan member (mulai dari kelengkapan data, tes dll)
• Set up jadwal interview
• Mengantar tamu untuk tur sekolah
• Mengirimkan report mingguan untuk data penjualan (Klub, Kelas) ke membership & marketing managers
• Menjadi ambasador Sekolah Cikal & Rumah Main Cikal dalam mempromosikan sekolah Cikal baik internal mapun eksternal

b. Finance
• Melakukan transaksi untuk pembelian dan penjualan
• Recap keuangan - sales yang terjadi setiap harinya: kupon kantin, penjualan merchandise/seragam, transaksi murid yang daftar

c. Akademik
• Kirim kontak Cikal ke orang tua

Qualifications:
• Berpendidikan minimal D3/S1
• Pengalaman di bidang administrasi/marketing minimal 1 tahun

 

3. IT Infrastructure Staff (Subject email: IT Infrastructure - HO)

 

Overview & Responsibilities
1. Menjadi eksekutor (dengan tim Business Development) untuk memersiapkan infrastruktur IT pada pembangunan lokasi baru atau (dengan internal tim IT) untuk pengembangan lokasi existing.
2. Merencanakan draft tata letak infrastruktur IT di lokasi baru atau pengembangan lokasi sesuai dengan standarisasi yang ditetapkan
3. Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan infrastruktur IT terpasang dengan baik sesuai dengan standarisasi yang ditetapkan
4. Memastikan pengalihan infrastruktur IT kepada tim IT Operasional, baik di lokasi pengembangan maupun lokasi baru berjalan dengan baik.

Qualification
1. Berumur 25 tahun – 30 tahun
2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam pemelilharaan dan pemasangan infrastruktur IT
3. Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
4. Memiliki kemauan untuk belajar hal baru
