as receptionist and a phone operator.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Social studies or Economic
Experience in related field
Minimum 2 years
Language standard
TOEFL of >450 or equal
Responsibilites:
Responsible for handling the incoming calls, liaise with visitors / guests coming to Cikal.
Support the administration of membership activities according to the Supervisor’s working appointments.
Support membership special events / promotion according to the appointed schedule.
Liaise business trip for non academic employees in sites.
Serving the parents and students for any purchase of school uniform and other Cikal merchandise.
Managing the inventory of uniforms and merchandise and report to supervisor for the repeat order.
