Academic Secretary

Description :

Professional with strong communication, curriculum knowledge, and technology skills to represent and support our school in working with education stakeholders. In this role, you will represent the school to education authorities, support teachers in curriculum and technology transitions, and collaborate across divisions to ensure compliance and innovation.

Requirements :

  • Proficient in spoken and written in English

  • Strong public communication skills

  • Able to build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders, especially school supervisors and education authorities

  • Tech-savvy; proficient in using digital administrative systems, online learning platforms, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka and Kurikulum 2013)

  • Able to translate education authority policies into practical school implementation

  • Preferably experienced in curriculum planning, supervision, and evaluation

  • Strong collaboration skills across divisions to complete licensing documents, curriculum documents, and monitoring & evaluation instruments required by education authorities
