Sekolah Cikal Surabaya is one of Cikal’s locations authorized by the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme International Baccalaureate (IB) World School in Indonesia. With 5 Stars Competencies as Cikal's aim, each and every student is encouraged to have a profound understanding of Knowledge and to practice it within daily life. 

In the Reception programs, Primary Years Program (Year 1 - Year 6), Middle School Program (Year 7- Year 9), and High School Program (Year 10 - Year 12), Students learn how to be more assertive as well as critical in facing and solving the problems between the concept and the real situations as well as undertake a project that often involves community service as well.
