The IB Diploma Programme comprises six academic subjects and the IB Core. Each subject is either studied at a standard level (SL) or in greater depth at a higher level (HL).  Sekolah Cikal Amri Setu offers the IB Diploma Programme for the following subjects:

The Diploma Programme is a course of study recognised by university admissions departments as a rigorous and demanding education programme that prepares students for higher education.

Alongside the curriculum, the Diploma Programme Core includes an extended essay, which is a chance for the student to specialise in an area of interest to themselves, and TOK – Theory of Knowledge, where students get a chance to reflect on the nature of knowledge and on how they know what they claim to know.

The Diploma Programme constitutes a holistic educational experience designed to optimise both personal and interpersonal development through experiential learning methodologies. Sekolah Cikal Amri Setu offers four Islamic Studies sub-programs: Al-Quran & Hadits, Aqidah and Akhlak (Faith and Ethics), Fiqh, and Islam and Civilisation. 

Each program features additional learning credits, extended instructional hours (equivalent to 5–6 weeks), and greater depth of study, providing a more comprehensive and enriched learning experience for students.

There are also some additional options for extended Islamic programs: Quran and Science, Tahfidz, etc.

• Daily Spiritual Habits

STUCO hosts the Cikal Amri Cup, a massive annual regional tournament spanning sports (swimming, futsal, basketball), arts (band, storytelling), and academics (business plan, math olympiad). They also manage morning campus media, like the “Good Morning Cikal Amri Setu” radio broadcast.

• Cikal Vox Collective

A specialised student-led club focusing on competitive debate, public speaking, and Model United Nations (MUN) to sharpen leadership and critical reflection. 

• World Scholar’s Cup (WSC) Club

A student-led club focusing on students' international academic tournaments. 

• Sungai Sastra

A student-led club focusing on students' interests, talents and potential in literature, creative writing, and poetry.

• Kelompok Rumah Kaca 

A student-led club focusing on students' interests, talents and potential in environmental/science awareness.

• Cikal Lentera Ukhuwah
