Brand Activation Officer develops and implements Cikal’s marketing communication strategy through offline and online campaign. S/he conducts marketing efforts and creates content and engaging materials and experiences to attract potential clients and/or networks and retain existing clients and/or networks.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in communication/ advertising/ marketing and any relevant background.
At least 1 years of relevant experience preferred.
Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
Skilful in using microsoft office (word, excel & power point) & digital tools.
Willing to join us in Academic Year 26/27
Responsibilities
Creates and maintains effective and attractive communication with Cikal Community and outer community, through various channels.
Ensures all Cikal events are recorded and published regularly and aligned with Cikal’s values.
Monitors and evaluates public engagement in Cikal’s online media.
Suggests and executes Cikal’s events by engaging all Cikal Community.
Collaborates with Cikal’s RMCs, Schools, and KGC to ensure their events are well equipped and fully supported.
Ensures Cikal’s participation in education, parenting, and other events to expand Cikal’s brand and network.
Assists site to execute programs regularly and takes action to improve the programs to ensure the programs executed aligned with Cikal’s short term and long term business strategy.
