General Affair - Procurement Manager

Description:

Procurement Manager job is to plan, monitor, control and evaluate any procurement activities within the organization to ensure that those activities are done according to Cikal targets, budgets, and schedules to support school activities. He/she considerably sources vendors, negotiates contracts, and ensures prompt delivery. Procurement Manager also develops and monitors formulation of procurement tactical strategy, policies, and standards for Cikal to provide guidelines that are aligned to school strategy. He/she needs to be cost effective while also dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues. He/she is responsible to monitor and ensure the critical documents within respective units are maintained in accordance with established standards


Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, having degrees in Accounting, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Purchasing is extremely helpful. 

  • 7+ year related experience

  • Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English
