HSE Specialist

Description:

The role of the HSE (Health, safety and environmental) Manager is responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs and procedures. The HSE Manager provides expert health and safety advice and support to schools in order to facilitate a safe environment within all CIKAL schools. The role also supports the Head of General Affairs by managing and monitoring data, documentation, administration, and following up with school operations on compliance. The HSE Manager reviews and updates institutional HSE policies and conducts risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures. The HSE Manager is in charge of an efficient management of overseeing planned and the school & office day-to-day activities based on the HSE (K3) standards.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field includes architecture, civil engineer, management, etc.
• Min. 5 years of hands-on experience as Manager in Health and Safety Environment position
• Ability to develop and deliver health and safety training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the school effectively.
• In depth knowledge of HSE standard & procedures
• Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically
• Good public speaking skills
• Good organization skills
• Leadership skills
