Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve the performance of the business
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to the daily management of employees.
Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole and to improve the employee experience.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ Business or any relevant background.
Experienced in related field min. 5 (five) years.
A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, etc.
Able to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data.Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
Fluent in English, both spoken and writtenExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
