Project Manager

Project Manager oversees all aspects of construction project, from initial planning and delivery of construction projects. Ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget. Organizing logistics, delegate work and keep track on spending. Coordinating with consultants, construction professionals and various stakeholders to arrange schedules, managing resources, and direct activities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer, and related program.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, ensuring collaboration and high performance.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Organization & Planning: Skilled in managing schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities backed by data-driven insights.

Job Description 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining each stage, deliverables, and milestones for clear execution.
  • Define and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve optimal efficiency.
  • Lead and guide project teams — including consultants, contractors, and suppliers — to drive successful outcomes.
  • Negotiate effectively with contractors and suppliers to secure quality materials and services within budget.
  • Develop and review Terms of Reference (TOR) for Cikal Building & Facilities projects to maintain clarity and compliance.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring all activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or delays promptly to minimize risks and maintain momentum.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders for transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of construction processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Adapt to varied work environments, whether in-office or on construction sites, as required by project demands.
  • Support Sekolah Cikal events and initiatives, contributing expertise to organizational needs beyond core responsibilities.

Responsibility

  • Planning & Budgeting: Develop comprehensive project plans, prepare and manage budgets, and establish clear project timelines to ensure efficient execution.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the procurement of materials, manage workforce allocation, and ensure resources are utilized effectively to meet project goals.
  • Quality Control & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and complies with safety regulations to maintain a secure and high-standard work environment.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and reports.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve challenges or issues that arise during the project lifecycle to keep deliverables on track.
