Data Analyst

Overview:

A data analyst is responsible for ensuring the presence of reliable data as the outputs of key processes. This role involves working with numerous datasets, providing suitable data models, and applying statistical and analytical techniques for turning raw data into meaningful information that can be used as references for process optimization and increasing efficiency. Together with the Data and Knowledge Management team, this role analyzes process flows and operational data to provide insights and recommendations to enhance intended outcomes and productivity.

Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in identifying patterns and insights from data.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and process evaluation techniques.
• Advanced skills in data analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other data visualization and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data insights and process recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex data in simple terms to non-technical audiences.
